Sinclair Rhino | Water-base Metal Primer and Topcoat is an epoxy-grade, water-based metal primer that has an excellent corrosion resistance for indoor and outdoor applications. It dries tough, durable film with a strong bonding property with galvanized iron, steel and properly prepared surfaces.
