How to order?

Ordering at LPM Express Online Construction Store is simple: 

(1) Add to Cart the items and quantities you need. 

(2) Checkout and fill in your preferred delivery method and payment option. 

Just click and build!

What is your Minimum Order?

There's no minimum order at LPM Express. However, for delivery, we encourage combining items into a full truckload to get the most value out of your delivery cost. Pickup orders can be any quantity.

Note that some individual products may have their own minimum order quantity (MOQ), as indicated on their product pages.

Are the displayed products on LPMexpress available?

Ready Stock items are available for ordering. Advance Order, Pre-order and special-order items are identified in their product descriptions and follow the listed lead times. Review the availability of your selected item or variant before checkout.

Payment

What Modes of Payment are accepted?

Checkout using one of these accepted payment methods:

(a) Manual payment via online bank transfer or deposit to our BDO, Metrobank, or BPI accounts.

(b) Credit/debit card payment via PayMongo, including Mastercard, VISA, GCash, Maya, and GrabPay.

(c) Installment payment via BillEase, also through checkout via PayMongo.

We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD). For more details, see our Payment page.

Shipping

What Modes of Shipping are available?

LPM Express - Online Construction Store offers:

(1) Same-day Manila PICKUP for Ready Stock orders with order and payment completed by 2:00 PM on operating days. Please wait for pickup confirmation before collecting or booking a third-party rider. Customers are responsible for their third-party bookings.

(2) Same-day DELIVERY for Metro Manila for Ready Stock orders with order and payment completed by 11:30 AM on operating days. The same cutoff applies to manual bank payments and online checkout payments. Advance Order and Pre-order items follow the lead times shown on their product pages.

(3) Dedicated Full Truck DELIVERY to site for locations within Metro Manila and Luzon. 

(4) DELIVERY arranged for Visayas/Mindanao, kindly get in touch to know details.

For pickup pin location and details (required to get in touch for confirmation prior to booking):

LPM Construction Supply and Wood Center Corp - 1880 Angel Linao Street, Paco, Manila - (0926) 660 2675. 

Valid for: (1) Paid orders; (2) on regular items; (3) accessible location and via land. 

*Third party booking, fees, and arrangements are solely for the account of the customer.

Do you have deliver outside of Metro Manila?

Yes, we deliver to locations outside Metro Manila within Luzon. For Visayas and Mindanao, delivery is arranged; kindly get in touch for details.

Do you deliver to Visayas or Mindanao?

Yes, we can accommodate orders from anywhere in the Philippines, with delivery arranged for Visayas and Mindanao.

Do you cater to customers residing outside of the Philippines?

Yes, we can accommodate customers residing anywhere, with delivery arranged within Luzon.

How much Shipping Fee?

Shipping fees are computed automatically at checkout based on your order and the delivery vehicle needed, choosing the appropriate truck based on the length of the items ordered.

There's no minimum order, but combining items into a full truckload helps maximize value for delivery costs.

We have two pickup locations:

(1) For orders placed via LPM Express, pick-up in Manila: 1880 Angel Linao St., Paco, Manila.

(2) For orders placed via LPM Express - Pangasinan, pick-up in Pangasinan: 141 Tayug San Quintin Road, Brgy. Libertad, Tayug, Pangasinan.
