Pioneer Pro Concrete Epoxy LV is a pourable and self-leveling, thermosetting concrete adhesive suitable for large area applications. It is an excellent binder for old concrete to freshly poured concrete topping, thus eliminating cold-joints.

- It is suitable as a primer to resurfacing flooring and patching extensively degraded concrete for large area applications.
