Pioneer Pro Concrete Epoxy HV is a non-sagging, thermosetting concrete adhesive suitable for vertical or slopping surface applications. A two-component thermosetting for concrete surface applications. It is an excellent binder for old concrete to freshly poured concrete topping, thus eliminating cold-joints.

Uses / Area of Application
- It is suitable for vertical or sloping surface applications
- High Viscosity (HV) - is appropriate for highly infusable bonds. It does not sag or flow up to 1/8 inch thickness
