Mortabind M100 Primer | Old to New Concrete Binder

 

A premium-grade water-based binder designed for exceptional adhesion and performance in concrete preparation and repair. Specially engineered as a primer for Mortaflow Self-Leveling and Floorcote Floor Screed,

Uses / Area of Application

- Scratch coating, plastering, bonding fresh concrete or mortar to old concrete substrates, solution to chalky paint and powdery skimcoat and modifying tile adhesives.

- Used as an admixture, binder, and bonding slurry for concrete and non-concrete surfaces.

Instructions

1.Dilute M100 Primer with clean water (refer to dilution table). *Do not overdilute for more than 3:1.

> for MORTAFLOW Self-Leveling Primer
>> 4L M100 : 12L water (covers ~70sqm)

> for FLOORCOTE Floor Screed Primer
>> 4L M100 : 8L water (covers ~30sqm)

2.Using a paintbrush or roller, apply M100 evenly on the area where the mortar, screed, or concrete will be placed. Make sure to cover the entire area. Let it dry for 5-10 mins.

3.A: *As Primer* Apply Mortabond Floor Screed system as per product instruction.

B: *As Concrete Binder* Pour freshly mixed concrete/ mortar as overlay.

C: *As Plaster & Mortar Admixture* Use the diluted solution as water.

D: *As Bonding Slurry* Refer to the dilution table. Allow the overlay material to cure following standard concrete curing practices. * Natural setting may occur; simply stir to remix.
