SURFACE PREPARATION

Remove any loose debris or dust from the surface to
ensure maximum contact with the cement residues.


APPLICATION

Pour an adequate amount of CEMENT ERASER into
the foam sprayer, preferably 50% of the container's
total capacity. Pump the foam sprayer until it reaches
optimal operating pressure (between 20 to 30 psi)
(typically 2–3 bar, or as per equipment specifications).

Spray the foamed solution evenly over the cement-
contaminated area, ensuring full coverage. The foam

will soften and break down the cementitious materials.
Allow the foam to react with the cement for 10–30
minutes, depending on the thickness of the buildup.
The foam will change from pink to yellow after the
material reacts with the cement residues. This color
shift also indicates the need for reapplication. For
stubborn residues, reapply a second layer of foam and
allow it to continue reacting until the cement is fully
loosened. Lightly scrub with a brush (or scrape lightly)
if necessary. Rinse thoroughly with clean water. For
best results, use a pressure washer. Repeat the
process as needed for heavy or thick deposits.
