Mortaseal Cementitious Waterproofing Slurry | Single-component Cementitious Waterproofing uses advanced German aqua-block technology to provide long-term solution for seepage and leakages. It is a single-component, semi-flexible polymer-modified mortar sealing slurry that protects concrete and mortar from water infiltration.

Mixing Ratio: 20kg Mortaseal : 10 Liters Water

Approximate Coverage: 6-7sqm triple coat per 20kg bag at 1mm thickness

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Mix the required quantity of Mortaseal Cementitious Waterproofing Compound with clean water in a suitable container until a smooth, free from lump substance to for paste-like slurry is achieved.

Applying with a brush, use a ratio of 10liters of water to 20kgs of Mortaseal powder.

To apply using a trowel, mix 6liters of water to 20kgs of Mortaseal powder,

Allow mixture to stand for 3 to 5 minutes, re-stir before using. Refrain from adding water to mixture which has already begun to set.

Application
Mortaseal paste slurry using paint brush or trowel unto the prepared concrete substrate. Apply brushing in one direction then leave for 2-4hours and let it dry.

Repeat application on a crosswise direction over the first coat. Repeat application as needed.

Make flood test 48hours after application to ensure no leaks will occur prior to preparation of all kinds of finishing.

For best result, install Fiber Mesh for excellent flexibility against structural movements.
