基材和密封剂的最佳温度在 15 °C 至 25 °C (59 °F 至 77 °F) 之间。

Sikasil® WS-305 AM 可使用手动、气动或电动活塞枪以及泵设备进行加工。如需选择和设置合适的泵系统，请联系 Sika Industry 的系统工程部。接头必须尺寸合适。为获得最佳性能，接头宽度需要根据密封剂的实际预期移动能力进行设计。最小接头深度为 6 毫米（1/4 英寸），宽度/深度比必须符合最小 2:1 和最大 4:1 的要求。必须避免接头深度超过 15 毫米（9/16 英寸）。

对于回填，建议使用闭孔、密封剂兼容的泡沫衬垫棒，例如高弹性聚乙烯泡沫棒。如果接缝太浅而无法使用衬垫材料，我们建议使用聚乙烯胶带。这可充当离型膜（粘结破坏剂），使接缝可以移动，硅胶可以自由伸展。
