Sikaflex-140 ® 结构可立即使用。

经过适当的接头和基材准备（预处理/涂底漆）后，将背衬棒插入所需深度，并在必要时涂上底漆。

将铝箔包插入密封胶枪，用力将 Sikaflex® 结构挤入接缝，确保其与接缝侧面完全接触。填充接缝，避免空气滞留。必须将 Sikaflex® 结构牢固地固定在接缝侧面，以确保良好的粘合性。

当需要清晰精确的接缝线或特别整齐的线条时，必须使用遮蔽胶带。在密封剂仍软时撕下胶带。使用平滑液使接缝光滑，以获得完美的密封剂表面。

底漆/预处理

基材必须完好、清洁、干燥，且不含任何可能影响密封剂粘附性的污染物，如污垢、油、油脂、水泥浮浆、旧密封剂、粘合不良的油漆涂层或易碎颗粒。

▪ 基材必须具有足够的强度来抵抗密封剂在移动过程中产生的应力。
▪使用钢丝刷、打磨、研磨或喷砂设备来准备表面。
▪ 使用合适的西卡修复产品修复所有损坏的接缝边缘
▪ 新的或翻新的接缝必须锯切。基层中的接缝必须锯切。锯切后，必须冲洗掉所有泥浆材料，并让接缝表面干燥。
▪ 在使用任何活化剂、底漆或密封剂之前，必须彻底清除所有表面的所有灰尘、松散和易碎物质。
▪ 为了获得最佳的粘合性、接头耐久性和关键的高性能应用，例如多层建筑上的接头、高应力接头、极端天气暴露或水浸/暴露。必须执行以下底漆和/或预处理程序：
